How It Works

1. Tag It → Attach a Rufftag to your pet’s collar, wallet, keys, or luggage.
2. Scan It → If found, a passerby scans the tag with their smartphone (no app needed).
3. AI Speaks → The item or pet “speaks” in a friendly, humanised AI voice.
   • “Hi, I’m Max! I’m a bit lost — could you help me get back to my human?”
   • “Hello, I’m a wallet. My owner misplaced me — can you help me home?”
4. Reunite → The owner gets a secure notification and a private chat opens, guided by Rufftag’s AI assistant.
